Hey friend! Fall mornings are chaos in my house, backpacks, lost shoes, someone insisting they're "not a breakfast person"! Overnight oats are how I stay sane. Five minutes of prep the night before, and breakfast is...done. Over the next few weeks, I'm sending you one of my favorite overnight oats flavors at a time. Six total, one for pretty much every mood:
First up: Apple Cinnamon, my most-made fall flavor. One more thing: I finally found THE jar for overnight oats. Wide mouth, stacks perfectly in the fridge, doesn't leak in the car on the way to school drop-off. I added them to my Overnight Oats Essentials list on my storefront. I only link stuff I love, so check it out! See you next week for flavor #2! Hey Reader! Got a chocolate lover at your table? These are the overnight oats that gets requested on repeat at my house. It’s rich and creamy, made with chocolate syrup (homemade or store-bought both work). My favorite way to dress it up is a drizzle of melted peanut butter and a few mini chocolate chips. Hey Reader! Freshened up my Copycat Panera Pumpkin Muffin recipe. Turns out Panera actually discontinued these, so if you've been missing them, this is your best bet now. One bowl for the batter, no mixer needed, and that same streusel topping that makes them worth the effort. Also fixed a small timing error in the recipe card (bake time is 19-21 minutes, not 25) so you don't end up overbaking these. Check out the updated recipe! Great for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or sneaking into...
